   1.7 **Changes to Products:**

   - Changes must be requested in writing and confirmed.

   1.8 **Delivery Delays:**

   - Redelivery is attempted the next day if not delivered on the first day.

   - BeyondGlazed not responsible for courier delays.

**2. Products:**

   2.1 **Conformity Warranty:**

   - Reasonable efforts to ensure conformity of size and description.

   - Minor variations possible due to handmade nature.

      2.1.1 **Visual Representation:**

      - Products may vary slightly from images on social media.

      - Images on social media and website for illustrative purposes.

      2.1.2 **Customized Products:**

      - Customized Products involve samples and revisions.

      - Customized Products packed with reasonable care.

   2.2 **Substitution Policy:**

   - Right to substitute in case of non-availability.

   - Notification to customers in advance where possible.

   2.3 **Warranty and Conditions:**

   - Warranty on conformity, quality, fitness, and compliance.

   - Exceptions outlined for defects caused by customer actions.

   2.4 **Refund Policy:**

   - Refund, exchange voucher, or replacement for non-conforming Products.

   - Terms apply to replacement Products.

   2.5 **Damaged Products:**

   - Clear images required for investigation in case of damaged Products.

   - Damages/Delays/Missing Products must be reported within 5 days.

**3. Delivery:**

   3.3 **Delivery Options and Tracking:**

   - DPD/Royal Mail offers options via tracking link.

   - Specific requests may cause delays or order disposal.

**4. Consumer Rights:**

   - Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 not applicable due to bespoke Products.

   4.2 **Cancellation Rights:**

   - Right to change mind and cancel contract for some online Products.

**5. Price & Payment:**
